Who we are

Global Marketing Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“GMS Global”, “we”) is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. Our Information Officer can be contacted at [email protected].

What we collect

• Details you give us in our contact form: name, business name, email, phone number, the services you’re interested in, budget and your message.
• How you arrived at the site, such as the campaign or website that referred you, so we know which marketing works.
• If analytics are switched on: anonymous usage data collected by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel through cookies.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and deliver services you ask for. We won’t add you to marketing emails unless you agree to that separately, and we never sell your information.

Where it’s stored

Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and processed by our workflow automation system. Some service providers we use, such as email and analytics providers, may store information outside South Africa. Where they do, we use providers bound by data protection laws or agreements offering protection comparable to POPIA.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

Security

This site uses HTTPS encryption. Form submissions are sent securely to our systems, access is limited to staff who need it, and our systems are kept up to date.
